Returns

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@tensoncanada.ca to request a return authorization number and shipping label.

  2. Once your return has been authorized, follow the provided shipping instructions to send your items back.

  3. Please allow 6–10 days for your return to be received and processed.

A $12 restocking fee applies to all returns.

Customers in Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut are responsible for return shipping costs.

Important Return Conditions

  • Returns without a valid return authorization number will not be accepted.

  • All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with tags attached and original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • All items discounted by 40% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned.


All products returned to Tenson must be in perfect condition.

The product(s) need to:

  • Have all of the original labels and tags attached to it 
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be as clean as when it was shipped
  • Have no unusual odors or fur/hair

Returns must also meet all the following requirements:

  • Be requested within 30 days of original receipt
  • Provide proof of original receipt from tensoncanada.ca
  • The following cannot be returned; worn, washed, damaged or altered items, final sale items\

All final sale items (40% off or greater) are final sale and not eligible for return. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a product to Tenson Canada. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

*Tenson Canada reserves the right to refuse returns that do not respect these conditions upon inspection and ship the product back to the customer at their expense. At our discretion, we may impose restocking fees.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. You can however request to return your items as per the above return policy, to the address above. You will receive a refund back to your original form of payment and you may place a new order at any time.

The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy – Within Canada

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by an additional 5–6 days. Please allow extra time for delivery.

If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $170.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
